The Cost of Product is non refundable under any circumstances.
 

The Cost of Product may be paid in case in the form of Bank DD in favor of SPEED RIDER MARKETING PVT. LTD., Payable at Jaipur.
 

Company is selling its every product under the special scheme in which if the purchaser filling the form given with the product may willingly enrolled himself in the company as "Independent Distributor".
 

Distributor of the company will be part of the Marketing Network and will be entitled company's product.
 

Every distributor of the company is expected to be sincere to commitment and be ready to put efforts towards the promotion of the product.
 

A distributor shall be entitled to receive commissions and other incentives as applicable at the given time, subject to fulfillment of terms and conditions of company.
 

The company shall amend terms and conditions, rules and regulations and commissions and incentives as required such changes shall be only implemented after duly approved by the board of direction of the company.
 

All the commissions, incentive and security amount of the distributors shall solely depend upon joining of distributors in the company.
 

Confirmation as a distributor or achieving the target of various level i.e., leader, Team Leader, Star, Silver Star, Gold Star, Diamond Star Honorary Directors etc. Does not create any employer / employee relationship, agency, partnership or joint venture between the distributor and the company.
 

The distributor will not have any right / authority to incur or debit / liabilities / Obligation for and on behalf of the company unless duly authorized in written.
 

(A)  The company may terminate the independent distributors without prior notice on the
       following grounds. 
(B)  If an independent distributor acts against the interest of the company.
(C)  If found any statement or information made in the application to be false or missing.
(D)  If any independent distributor / family member / guardian represent any other
       network marketing company engaged in the similar nature of business.
(E)  The right of a terminated distributor to receive compensation (in whatever form) SPEED
       RIDER MARKETING (P) LTD. Ceases immediately from the date of termination. 
 

The distributors is not allowed to sale / transfer his distributor code to anybody than his / her distribution code will be terminated with immediately effect.
 

Whenever a distributor a suspended, his/her suspension shall be imposed for a certain period, during the suspension period the distributor shall not be allowed to participate in any development activities / programmers of the company.
 

In case of any dispute / grievances between distributor and the company the same shall be place before the general body meeting. The decision taken by the general body meeting shall be treated as final and binding on all the issues.
 

Upon death of a distributors code shall stand transferred to the nominee mentioned in the registration form, who will be entitled to receive all benefits. This will be done on submission of death certificate and other necessary documents from the appropriate authority to the company along with filled registration forms of nominee.
 

Company have all the rights to withdraw, change or cancelled any scheme prior to one month notice.
 

The company shall deduct TDS and other taxes and when applicable at the time of payment.
 

The company shall charge Rs. 50/- to reissue distributor duplicate ID card / receipt.
 

No payments shall be released without bank account No. and PAN under normal circumstances.
 

All the dispute are shall be subject to Jaipur (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
